Rebecca grew up in Durham Region, but has been living in the City of Kawartha
Lakes for the past 8 years. Rebecca has been working since May 2021 as a
Registered Massage Therapist, with a certificate of registration with the College of
Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She attended Fleming College in
Peterborough, Ontario for Massage Therapy.

Massage therapy is a second career for her. Her first career was in the museum field
as a curator, so you might get a fun history fact during treatment. While she will
always be a historian at heart, Rebecca loves her new career as a massage therapist.
She has always wanted to help people and felt that with massage she could and is
here to help you achieve your wellness goals. Massage therapy can provide those
rare moments of quiet and relaxation, help with pain management and increase
range of motion for acute and chronic conditions. Rebecca is also trained in Cupping
as a Soft Tissue Tool from the ConEd Institute. Cupping can help improve
circulation, break up adhesions or scar tissue and improve mobility.

When not working, you will find Rebecca enjoying the outdoors. Whether it is
gardening, hiking, fishing or canoeing the backcountry with her husband and their 3 dogs.

Kayla Gregoire, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Kayla was born and raised in Northern Ontario and has always had a passion for the outdoors. Originally graduating with a diploma in Environmental Technology, she worked for several years in the industry until eventually starting a Forestry Surveying company with her partner. Together they worked across Canada, from the Mountains of Alberta to the Highlands of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
Knowing that her roots were always going to be back home, Kayla decided to take on a new adventure in life, one she’s always wanted to do since High School. Having a number of sports injuries in her youth and work injuries in her adult life, massage therapy was always a helpful treatment to get her back on her feet. She chose to challenge herself with a second career choice and returned to school for Registered Massage Therapy. Despite all the challenges of attending school later in life, the coronavirus, and a high instructor turnover, she never lost sight of the goal. This passion and determination is what led her to graduate with Honours as a Registered Massage Therapist.
